I researched some E-Bikes and decided to go with this company. Great price on the bike. However there was an issue where they charged me for the FREE Front Basket on both of the bikes I purchased. I have relentlessly emailed and got no response from the company. I tried calling the different numbers they have posted and nobody answers or never got back to me when I left a message. Then one of my baskets arrived damaged and of course took a picture and emailed them....you guessed...no response....I also received a damaged seat....took a picture of it...emailed it to them....and ding ding ding....no response. I don't understand why and it concerns me if I need to rely on them in the future for any other issues that the company just doesn't respond. I would like for them to reach out to me to get this handled but who knows.

I understand now that these are drop shipped. My bike works fine, my only problem is the LCD screen is dim on the top half and bright on the bottom. I sent a request and am waiting for a response.

They charged $650 and only sent me a basket. Don't even consider it. $650 isn't worth a shit basket made for a bike they won't actually send.

I bought two of these, both the red and gold models. Pros: I bought both on sale so was under $1000 each.
Very stable due to longer and heavier than most ebikes, powerful motor capable, when unlocked up to 27 mph, very long range battery, electric horn, front & rear shocks, front & rear lights which is adequate, rear passenger seat.
Cons: typical standard seat which is not too bad, but I changed to a comfy seat. Standard mechanical brakes which are just ok, price now is almost $200 higher.
