Pre Sale Questions

Our warehouse is located in California and processes orders within 2-5 business days. CONUS 48 States (3-8 business days)

Free shipping includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. There is a promotion and currently all of our bike sales tax is covered by Romatlink, so you don't have to pay additional sales tax.

All Romatlink e-bikes have passed the test of UL 2849 electric bicycle electrical system safety standard, which covers product safety, battery management system (BMS), and functional safety assessment requirements.

We believe the assembly of the bike is quite straightforward, and generally takes around 15-25 mins to put it together. Please watch this video to see how to assemble the Ebike.

Although the Romatlink e-bike is IPX65 waterproof, please keep in mind that long-term riding in heavy rain will affect the life of the battery and reduce traction, so please ride caution.

Electric bikes require regular maintenance, just like any other type of bicycle. This includes things like changing the oil, checking the brakes, and inflating the tires. It is also important to keep the battery charged and to inspect the bike for any damage.

It takes roughly 6 hours to charge the battery from 0% to fully charged. With regular daily use, we estimate you need to charge roughly around once a week.
